This page explains exactly what happens to your details when you fill in a form on this site — what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company, if you give it
- Your mobile number, if you give it
- The type of business and average client value you select
- Anything you write in the message box
- Whether you ticked the marketing opt-in, and the exact wording shown beside it at the time
Two technical details are recorded alongside it: your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The hash exists only to stop the form being flooded with automated submissions; we never store your actual IP address, the hash cannot be turned back into one, and it is erased automatically within 24 hours.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The only external request a page makes is for its typefaces.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to you
- We contact you about the enquiry you sent us, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Our basis is legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Marketing
- We only add you to anything ongoing if you tick the opt-in box. Our basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Keeping the form working
- The IP hash is used to rate-limit submissions. Our basis is legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Not ticking the marketing box costs you nothing. We will still reply to your enquiry in full. The two are entirely separate, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Your enquiry is stored in our database and is visible only to authorised members of our team. Two service providers process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts the database the enquiry is stored in.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business) — when an enquiry arrives, we send ourselves a WhatsApp notification so we can respond quickly. That notification contains your name, email, company and sector. It deliberately does not include your phone number or the message you wrote — those stay in our database.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while we are in contact with you about it, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have a record of what was discussed. After that it is deleted. The IP hash is cleared within 24 hours regardless. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, or restrict how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw consent to marketing, which you can also do from the unsubscribe link in any message we send
Email hello@ttmassivem.eu and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the forms on this site work, we update this page at the same time.
